The Wedding Cake Art & Design Center has been created for you, the bride and groom. Kory Rollison, Pastry Chef, has created this service to enable you, with his assistance, to create from the ground up (5-6 feet up in some cases) the wedding cake of your dreams. All of our cakes go more than a step above the average bakery by using only the best ingredients including: whole butter and pure extracts. Each tier consists of four cake layers and three layers of filling instead of the usual two layers of cake and you can choose 2 separate flavors at no additional cost. Prices begin at $3.40 per person.

Flavors

Hazelnut Mocha – rich chocolate cake with toasted hazelnuts and mocha butter-cream.

Lemon Cream – light vanilla sponge cake with a tart lemon curd and vanilla butter-cream.

Raspberry Cream – light vanilla sponge cake with raspberry filling and vanilla butter-cream.

Strawberry Cream – light vanilla sponge cake with strawberry filling and vanilla butter-cream.

Carrot Cake – moist carrot cake with crushed pineapple and walnuts covered with a sweet white-chocolate cream cheese icing ($.50 per person upgrade fee).

Chocolate Fudge – rich chocolate cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling and vanilla butter-cream.

Chocolate Raspberry Truffle – rich chocolate cake with thin raspberry filling and chocolate ganache layers.

Night and Day – light vanilla sponge cake with whipped dark chocolate ganache layers.

Chocolate Peanut Butter – moist chocolate cake with peanut butter butter-cream layers.

White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle – Vanilla sponge cake with thin raspberry filling and white chocolate ganache layers.
